The new rule will provide guidance about what an out-of-state licensed lawyer who works in-house in a Utah business or non-profit organization is permitted to do. The draft rule is presented with the petition to the Supreme Court. The attachments referred to in the petition are available from the Supreme Court or the Utah State Bar.
