I have been told the forms will all change for small claims. However, they are not yet available in any of the courts where I file. As best I can tell, the only rule changes are regarding period of time for requesting to set aside default judgments and dismissals, and the time to file appeals. Does this mean the affidavits will remain the same? Are there other changes that I have missed?
