Requesting a Stalking Injunction
Petitioner must bring 2 forms to file with the court to ask for a civil stalking injunction:
(a) Request for Civil Stalking Injunction; and
(b) Temporary Civil Stalking Injunction.

This is the temporary order that can be reviewed and signed by the judge. Fill out your personal information on the top part of the form and bring it to the court clerk with the Request form.
- Civil Stalking Injunction (used only by the Court) -
This is the permanent 3-year order that can be reviewed and signed by the judge after the hearing that can be requested by the Respondent.
- Denial of Civil Stalking Injunction -
(used only by the Court)
Dismissing a Stalking Injunction
Petitioner can ask to dismiss either the Temporary Civil Stalking Injunction or the Civil Stalking Injunction. To do this, bring 1 form to file with the court - the Request to Dismiss Civil Stalking Injunction.
Respondent can ask to dismiss the Temporary Civil Stalking Injunction by requesting a hearing within 10 days of the date the injunction was served on Respondent. To do this, Respondent must bring 3 forms to file with the court:
(a) Request for Hearing;
(b) Notice of Hearing; and
(c) Order Dismissing Stalking Injunction.
