Requesting a Stalking Injunction

Dismissing a Stalking Injunction
Petitioner can ask to dismiss either the Temporary Civil Stalking Injunction or the Civil Stalking Injunction. To do this, bring 1 form to file with the court - the Request to Dismiss Civil Stalking Injunction.
Respondent can ask to dismiss the Temporary Civil Stalking Injunction by requesting a hearing within 10 days of the date the injunction was served on Respondent. To do this, Respondent must bring 3 forms to file with the court:
(a) Request for Hearing;
(b) Notice of Hearing; and
(c) Order Dismissing Stalking Injunction.
