Divorce
The uncontested divorce program works best when you and your spouse are in agreement on the issues in your divorce. This includes the separation of personal property, debts and any real property you may own. If you have children, you and your spouse should agree on child custody and support. If you and your spouse own real property, have substantial retirement accounts or do not agree on child custody, support or visitation, you should consider contacting an attorney.
