Ms. Swallow began mediating in 1999 after receiving her Bachelor's Degree from BYU in Human Development in 1997 and her formal training in mediation at BYU's J Reuben Clark Law School while completing her Law Degree. Additionally, she studied mediation at the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. Ms. Swallow worked as a litigator in Phoenix and later moved back to Utah County specializing in estate planning, contracts, business and family/adoption law. Ms. Swallow has a broad range of experience mediating other types of disputes, including landlord/tenant, victim offender and small claims disputes.
