Donna M. Seager received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Utah State University and her Master's Degree in Counseling and Foundations from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to taking the mediation training, she worked as an educator for 41 years spending the last 30 years as a school counselor. In this venue, she served both youth and adults in several capacities working both for public school districts and as a college-level counselor. Being a Licensed Clinical Counselor in New Mexico for LDS Family Services and working with many public agencies and business has added to her experience as a mediator.
