Emily Lobdell is a retired civil litigator from NYS, practicing primarily in the fields of domestic, family, real estate, contracts and business law. She was guardian ad litem for hundreds of children involved in custody, abuse and neglect actions, was county legal contractor for the Office for the Aging and county Estate Tax Attorney. She obtained her JD degree from Syracuse University College of Law. As a practicing litigator, she was often appointed by the NYS Supreme Court to act as an arbitrator. She has completed the basic UDR training and is mediating a variety of cases.
