Ramona R. Mann is a lawyer and mediator. Through the University of Utah in 1994, she took courses in Basic Mediator Training, Divorce and Child Custody Mediator Training, and Victim/Offender Training. In 1994-95, she coordinated the volunteers and performed mediations for Utah Dispute Resolution. Ms. Mann has mediated disputes involving domestic relations, contracts, landlord/tenant, victim/offender, neighborhood, medical disability and consumer/merchant. In addition to acting as a mediator herself, she also strongly advises her law clients to participate in mediation or arbitration, rather than litigation, to resolve their disputes. She handles several mediations per week.
