Deb Badger has practiced family law for more than 20 years and has mediated since 1998. She also regularly represents children in family disputes as a court-appointed guardian ad litem. She is a member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of Utah, an organization that takes a mediation-type approach to divorce law. In addition to family law cases, she has mediated landlord/tenant, probate and contract disputes. She served as Judge Pro Tem deciding small claims cases for more than 15 years--giving her the opportuity to practice neutrality.
