Michele Straube has focused exclusively on mediation and facilitating shared decision-making for the past ten years. She has developed and taught numerous mediation, negotiation skills, and conflict prevention courses, in addition to teaching about dispute resolution as an adjunct at the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College of Law. She has extensive mediation training and experience in a variety of areas, including adult guardianship, workplace disputes, environmental and public policy issues. She also mediates EEOC cases for the US Postal Service, and has conducted volunteer mediations on a variety of topics through Utah Dispute Resolution.
