Content Picture We've included this section on our website in order to provide you with everything you'll need to help your clients navigate the Co-Parenting Mediation Program (CMP). Since 1997, CMP has been operating under Utah Code Annotated §30-3-38. Anytime a motion is filed alleging a violation of court-ordered parent-time rights, the case is referred to our program. Once we receive the referral form, the mediation will be scheduled within 15 calendar days. While attorneys are not required to attend the mediation, legal counsel may attend at the request of their client. If you plan on attending the mediation with your client, please notify the program of your intent to do so within 48 hours.
