         <title>Wireless Access at the Utah Federal Courthouse</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p><img alt="keyboard.JPG" src="http://www.utcourts.gov/lawlibrary/blog/IMG_1851.JPG" width="200" align="right" hspace="5"/><a href="http://www.utd.uscourts.gov/documents/atty_services.html">Wireless access</a> is now available at the <a href="http://www.utd.uscourts.gov/">U.S. District Court for the District of Utah</a>, 350 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City. Access is available on the second floor near the law library and on the fourth floor near the ADR room. </p>

<p>Visit the law library in Room 201 of the federal courthouse or call the library at (801) 524-3505 for the wireless password, information on access, and rules. The law library is open Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.</p>]]></description>

         <title>New Judge Appointed to U.S. District Court of Utah</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p><img alt="Federal Courthouse.jpg" src="http://www.utcourts.gov/lawlibrary/blog/Federal%20Courthouse.jpg" width="216"align='right' />The United States Senate <a href="http://www.deseretnews.com/article/865563096/Senate-confirms-Salt-Lake-lawyer-as-federal-judge.html">recently appointed</a> Robert Shelby as a new judge to the <a href="http://www.utd.uscourts.gov/">U.S. District Court for the District of Utah</a>. Federal judges are nominated by the U.S. President and are confirmed by the U.S. Senate, pursuant to <a href="http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articleii">Article II</a> of the U.S. Constitution. </p>
