Offices:
This is the hub of the Fourth District Juvenile Court. There are administrative
offices, including the office of the Trial Court Executive, at this location.
The probation offices for all of Provo and South Utah County are housed
here. The Drug Court program and the
Citation Diversion Unit are run out of
this location.
Court Location and Judge:
There are two courtrooms at this location. One is the Provo
courtroom. Most Provo juvenile case are heard here by Judge Kay A. Lindsay.
The other courtroom covers most of the cases from Utah County towns south
of Provo. The presiding Judge in this courtroom is Mary T. Noonan.
