Why Time to Disposition is Important
Time to Disposition is the average number of days in which cases are disposed or resolved during a given time period. The number of days is calculated by counting the number of days from case filing to entry of judgment on charges or the case. Any days in which a case is inactive because of proceedings are stayed or a warrant is active are subtracted from the total number of days.
