Age of Active Pending Cases

Age of Active Pending Cases is the average number of days open cases are pending. The age of active pending is counted as the number of days between the date of filing and the last day of the quarter. Days in which cases were on stay or warrants were in effect are not included. The number of cases pending is included for reference. Age of Active Pending Cases is monitored to identify areas where more judicial and clerical resources may be needed. The Age of Active Pending Cases is updated quarterly.
