Caseload Clearance Rates

Clearance rate is a fundamental measure of on-going caseload management. Courts with higher clearance rates have a higher ratio of cases being closed to cases being opened. Over time, a clearance greater than 100% reduces a court's case pending counts. Clearance rates are updated quarterly.
