When you point your browser to http://casesearch.utcourts.gov you will see this screen. Please take the time to read this screen. When you are ready to login you can simply click the "Login" button on the right side of the screen.

Once you are logged in you will be at the main search
screen.
There are three search options that can be set on this
page. You can set the Search Type: Case or Judgment Search County: statewide or a specific county. Court Location: Each court location is listed. From this screen you can search on the following criteria. Party Name: From this screen there is also a link to search tips. These tips may help you refine your search.

| Once you click the "Search" button the following status screen will appear. At this point you can also cancel the search. | ![]() |
| The results screen will look
like this. If there are more that 50 results,
additional results can be accessed by clicking the link
for the next group of fifty i.e. 51-100, 101-150
etc. there is a 500 result limit in this
system. If the case you are looking for is not
found within that 500 try to refine your search with a
date range or other criteria. For each case found it will list County Court Location Case Type Case # [link] Filing Date First Name [link] Last Name [link] DOB Party Code Also listed for each case are the Case Details [link] and the Distribution Codes [link]. |
